With the implementation of the new subscription service, we realise there may be some confusion as to how it works so please post your questions here.

The FAQ's from the subscription page:

1. WHAT IS A "BOOSTED PLAYER" ?
In cyberdunk you can upgrade a player's skills once every season (~61 days) by 40 skill points (4-10 trainings equivalent depending on value).

2. WHAT ARE CYBERPOINTS ?
CyberPoints or CDP are our ingame currency. They have been used for the past 5 years while these subscriptions are new.

You can use them to: boost player skills, buy developed players, buy custom equipment and buy teams. You receive cyberpoints every day you log in, you are rewarded in certain leagues and you can purchase them.

The aim of the subs are to give you everything you need with a single package, thus you`ll get more CyberPoints to spend on little extras than a regular user.

3. CAN I CANCEL AT ANY TIME ?
Yes, you can cancel at any time. You can do it in your PayPal CP or by PMing @Omnem, @Dragon or @ShyMinx.

If you cancel mid-season you`ll forfeit all the upgrades you`ve received in that particular season.

4. CAN I OWN MORE TEAMS USING THE CYBERPOINTS I`LL RECEIVE FOR MY LOGINS ?
Yes, using the CyberPoints received from the `super login bonuses` of your subscriber package and other means (like buying or loyalty bonuses), you can buy more teams and boost more players than your package`s limitations.

5. CAN I OWN MORE PLAYERS USING THE CYBERPOINTS I`LL RECEIVE FOR MY LOGINS ?
Yes, using the CyberPoints received from the `super login bonuses` of your subscriber package and other means (like buying or loyalty bonuses), you can buy more teams and boost more players than your package`s limitations.

6. WHAT ARE ALL THE PURCHASABLE ADVANTAGES IN CYBERDUNK?
You can boost players, wear custom equipment, buy a team, get player cash and own more players. These are essentially all of them.

Out of all of these, only the first two affect your peformance. Using the free CyberPoints received from login bonuses, you`d be able to boost 1 player or own a team. Participating in activies around the forum and other reward based actions like referrals, you`ll earn more CyberPoints.

7. I LIVE IN AFRICA ! DO YOU HAVE ANY OFFERS THAT TAKE THE "PURCHASING POWER PARITY" INTO ACCOUNT ?
Depending on your YYYYry of origin, we might be open to offering you a package more suited to the median salaries there. Contact @Omnem, @Dragon or @ShyMinx.

8. I OWN 100 PLAYERS FOR FREE BECAUSE OF THE SLOTS I BOUGHT, WILL I LOSE THEM IF I UPGRADE TO A 10 PLAYERS PACKAGE ?
No you will not lose anything. Instead you`ll actually get more players. The equation is [package player count]+[slots bought] = [total number of players you can own]. For a free account and 100 maximum players, this would be 5 + 95 = 100 (where 95 are slots you bought using the CyberPoints). So if you upgrade to a 10 maximum player package (out of which X will be boosted for free), you`ll have 10 + 95 = 105 maximum players.

9. I OWN 7 TEAMS THAT I BOUGHT USING CYBERPOINTS AND ONLY 5 FREE NON-BOOSTED PAYERS, I WOULD LIKE TO SUBSCRIBE, WILL I LOSE MY TEAMS UNLESS I UPGRADE TO THE BIGGEST PACKAGE ?
No you will not lose anything. But you`ll be able to extend the ownership for free, only for as many teams as the package allows. The rest have to be bought using CyberPoints again.

1. Do the free boosts carryover into the next season if they aren't used?

The Boosts are for the number of players as shown in the packages and are not actual boost points like VBA were.
The players must be boosted during the season the subscription was active.

2. Are the extra player slots removed at the end of the season if the subscription isn't renewed?
Yes, but you have the opportunity to buy the slots with CDP if you've decided to cancel your subscription.
Otherwise you will forfeit the slots and the players occupying those slots.
The subscription pays for one season's use of the services/goods rendered.

3.Is the subscription renewed automatically or do I have to push a button each season?

The subscription is renewed automatically via Paypal, credit card and other payment methods that we will be adding soon.
Subscriptions must be manually canceled via the company/method you've chosen to use for payment.
We then receive a notification and a determination is made as to which of the services/goods are yours to keep and which may be subject to removal.

You can subscribe either with Paypal, Debit Card or Credit Card.
We are also looking into other payment portals to offer more options for subscribing.

Ahh ok cool, so as long as paypal has the cash in the account then it will automatically work right?
Also when would the cash betaken out? At the beginning or end of the season?

It will take the money from your Paypal account if there is enough cash there.
And the way Paypal works, is if you don't have enough money in your account, they will attempt to withdraw it from either the bank account attached to your PP account or an attached Credit Card.
If there is not enough money to pay, I believe that the subscription is canceled and you are then subject to the Terms and Conditions you agreed to when you subscribed.
We will have to verify that however.

The payment is made every 63 days so it should be withdrawn on about the same day of each season, i.e. if you subscribe on Day 1 in S26, the next payment will be withdrawn on Day 1 in S27 (this assumes a 63 day season with 61 regular days and Days 61 and and Day 1 repeating once each).

When you subscribe, the details of the next renewal date will be included in transaction details in your paypal account and also in the email notification you receive.

Subscription team ownership ?

Previously to my subscription I owned 6 teams, of which 5 of them I owned until season 30 or beyond.

With the free teams with a subscription, it doesn't allow me to extend any ownership. Except the one that expired on S26 day 2. My question is, are the free teams only for one season? And I can't just put all the free seasons on one team?

I fixed the first issue.

You can extend or own -> 6 distinct teams.
