Hello.. I am a new manager in a youngers league. I was wondering if I could maybe get some advice on tactics and things like that you use. I would really appreciate it.

Next season I will be the comissionner of a new concept league in CD, that will inspired a lot from the nba yantasy leagues you can find on yahoo or espn.
It will be a sort of "pure-managing league", in which you will build your own team by drafting players from a list. It will be also possible to swap players during the season
The two principal aspects ? Players will be created especially for the league (a huge variety !), and skills will be shown public.

For the moment we are 8 confirmed managers, for a minimum of 12 managers (20 max)

NB : The only aspect we still need tyo discuss is player boosting. For the rest of the rules it should stay the same.
